COVNΛNT
Just like the Ark of the Covenant, NOA COVNΛNT shepherds the chosen ones on their journey. NOA COVNΛNT is the EN VTUBER Branch of NOA TALENT, focusing on helping Vtuber creators that primarily speak English stream to all platforms like Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Douyin, and Bilibili. Like the Covenant bond of Noah, all NOA COVNΛNT members sign a contract and are officially under NOA TALENT.
VIΛGEM
Just like the voyage of the Ark, NOA VIΛGEM embarks the chosen ones on their journey. NOA VIΛGEM is the CN VTUBER Branch of NOA TALENT, focusing on helping Vtuber creators that primarily speak Chinese stream to all platforms like Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Douyin, and Bilibili. Like the Covenant bond of Noah, all NOA VIΛGEM members sign a contract and are officially under NOA TALENT.
GENESYS
Just like the Great Genesis Flood of the Ark, NOA GENESYS sweeps the whole world with a new wave of creators and talents. NOA GENESYS is the FACECAM STREAMER Branch of NOA TALENT, focusing on helping Facecam creators stream to all platforms like Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Douyin, and Bilibili. Like the Covenant bond of Noah, all NOA GENESYS members sign a contract and are officially under NOA TALENT.
RΛEVEN PROJECT
NOA TALENT manages both individual creators and waves in EN and CN. While COVNΛNT, VIΛGEM, and GENESYS consist of solo talents, RΛEVEN PROJECT is the subdivision of NOA that consists of virtual talents in groups. NOA talents aims to bring a unique form of vtuber group waves, debut, and management to the table. RΛEVEN PROJECT talents get to decide their own models, can multistream on any platform they desire, are allowed to choose their own content, are allowed to influence the selection of group members, and get to keep their IPs like in an MCN. However, they also receive management, have structure, and get budget like in a traditional agency. NOA TALENT strives to provide a unique blend of tailored management and support professionally to give creators the freedom they need while also building camaraderie and independence.

Main Requirements
Must be aged 18 or older.
Must possess basic content creation skills.
Must Have Ample Time and Visions to pursue a career in Streaming
Audition
Welcomed Skills:
- Live Streaming: Ability to effectively host live streams, engaging with the audience in real-time, and managing live interactions smoothly.
- Voice Acting: Strong voice acting skills to bring the virtual avatar to life, including the ability to convey emotions and character traits convincingly.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of the technical aspects of streaming and content creation, such as software for broadcasting, avatar animation, and audio setup.
- Creativity and Originality: The ability to create unique and interesting content that stands out in a crowded space.
- Consistency and Dedication: Commitment to a consistent streaming and content creation schedule to build and maintain an audience.
- Strong social media presence and engagement.
- Ability to connect and interact with an audience in a meaningful way.

Precautions:
- Auditions are free of charge; NOA Talent will not solicit any fees from applicants.
- Any costs incurred during the audition process are the responsibility of the applicant.
- Submitted documents will not be returned, but will be kept confidential.
- Applicants may be disqualified for:
- Unprofessional behavior.
- Rudeness.
- Failure to respond to the audition manager’s messages in a timely manner.
- Refusal to answer questions during the audition.
